Of course, everyone knows that Nagasaki was the second city to get blasted by the atom bomb in WWII. But did you also know that Nagasaki was the main port of entry for the Western world?

Nagasaki also has a great Chinese Lantern Festival during the Chinese New Year, which we really enjoyed. The picture to the right, however, is the Peace Statue, at the Nagasaki Peace Park.
